Our Team

Jane has a real passion and determination to create a warm welcoming feeling to the business. Jane shows drive and creativeness for everything at the daycare. With three dogs of her own Bash, Pumpkin and Milo (formally known as Chunk), she also has a very cuddly cat named Puffy, and four children Jessica, Charlie, Emily and Leila. Jane’s passion for dog’s welfare thrived from a successful mobile dog grooming business for 15 years prior to teaming with Jade to open Pawfect Playdays.

Jade is animal-mad in every way, she surrounds herself in crazy, and thrives on it. Along with her daughter, Alice, Jade and her partner, Phil, share their home with four dogs (Shiba, Dylan, Birdie and Ody), a cat called Russell and a plethora of other animals. Jade originally founded Pawfect Home from Home, a boarding and daycare service for dogs, in her own house. After only two years, high demand led to a brainstorming session over a gin for Jade and Jane, and Pawfect Playdays came about.

Lauren has extensive experience working with dogs and is dedicated to ensuring every individual receives the highest standard of care and attention. She works closely with the whole team, particularly when it comes to more challenging situations, offering support and guidance every step of the way. Known for her ability to think outside the box, Lauren is skilled at finding creative tactics tailored to each dog’s unique needs. Her adaptable approach and commitment to understanding each individual makes her a trusted and valued part of the team.

Emma is amazing with dogs and has a natural understanding of their behaviour due to growing up with several dogs, as well as running her own dog walking business prior to joining our team. As joint manager with Lauren, she plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. She also handles dog transport for us, ensuring every journey is safe and stress free. With her own crazy dog (Chester as seen in the image above), by her side, Emma brings both experience and passion to the team.

Tom joined Pawfect Playdays, quite new to the dog world and has instantly absorbed all of the skills and knowledge to work alongside them and it is clear to see how much the dogs love him, given that their tails practically fall off from wagging so much when they see him. He is one of those colleagues you know you can rely on no matter what and is an amazing right hand man to all of us here!
